Effective Date: April 8, 2026. Welcome to Echelon OS ("Platform", "we", "our", "us"). Echelon OS is a digital product operated by a privately managed business based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made for subscriptions and services on the Platform are handled. By purchasing any paid Service, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for subscriptions and Services on the Platform are final and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that access to digital Services is provided immediately upon successful payment and that you have reviewed and understood the features, pricing, and terms before purchase.
You accept that no refunds, cancellations, or partial credits will be provided for change of mind, lack of usage, dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs, failure to cancel before subscription renewal, partial subscription periods, or misunderstanding of features or functionality.
2. Subscription Responsibility
Users are responsible for managing their subscription lifecycle and cancelling subscriptions before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
No refunds will be issued for charges incurred due to failure to cancel before renewal.
3. Limited Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only for duplicate transactions or technical errors directly attributable to the Platform that prevent access to paid Services.
To be eligible, requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction and sufficient proof must be provided, including transaction ID and issue details.
All refund requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion, in accordance with applicable law.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a user initiates a chargeback or dispute through their bank or payment provider, including Razorpay, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the associated account, restrict or deny future access to the Platform, and recover any outstanding dues.
We may submit transaction records, usage logs, and acceptance of Terms as evidence to contest such disputes.
5. Processing of Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
6. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
